Established in 1973

I have been a practicing real estate broker for over 48 years with marketing experience in residential, commercial, and special use properties. Formerly, I was the owner of one of the largest Coldwell Banker agencies in California and I now maintain a small, personalized practice in the Sacramento Region.
In addition to my real estate practice, I am a published real estate columnist. My column, Full Disclosure, appears in several local newspapers including the Mountain Democrat and Village Life. My articles have been re-published by Google and Money Inc. Many of my columns are available through this web site as are reader comments.
My knowledge and experience include work as a court certified Expert Witness. I have advanced disciplined in real estate and mortgage lending and have served as a Real Estate Commissioner and former board member of a large public housing finance corporation.
My wife, Vicki and I have been active in local civic, political, and non-profit organizations. I have served as a director for the El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce, The Chamber’s Political Action Committee, and a past president of my local Chamber of Commerce. We live in the rural village of Pilot Hill, sharing our home with Maggie our Austrian Sheppard and our cat Peaches.
